Province Polemarch's Corner

Greetings to all those who chose to visit the web page of the Great Western Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. I am excited to move into the 2021-2022 fraternal year; it is my expectation we continue the Grand Polemarch’s theme, “Brother to Brother, Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges.” The core values of this plan are integrity, respect, transparency, information sharing, benefits, dialogue, courage, and candor, as well as protecting intake candidates, and brothers in the Fraternity.

The 24th Administration of the Western Province will be focused on supporting our collegiate brothers through mentoring and building partnerships with the alumni chapters, as well as colleges and universities. We want to make Kappa the preeminent collegiate fraternity on every college campus where we have a chapter. We will develop programs which give a value added proposition for becoming a member of Kappa Alpha Psi. As we strive to remain relevant in the 21st century, we will protect our fraternity from those who seek to destroy it by participating in activities not consistent with our core values.

The Western Province aims to be the model for leadership training. We will think outside of the traditional box to improve the Kappa experience for our members and the community partners we serve.

Together, we will strive to make the Western Province a place Brothers want to come home to. We will do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason.
